GETTING STARTED

1. What do I need to play 4Gcasino?

2. How do I register to play for real?

Click on the "play for real" button and fill in your details on the extended registration page that appears. This registration will require you to fill in your address and other pertinent details that will allow you to open an account.







DEPOSITING MONEY



1. How do I deposit money?

In play for real mode click on the "Cashier" button. Simply click on "My Account" and then on "Deposit". Then select your preferred method of depositing.

2. Is depositing money safe?

WITHDRAWING MONEY

2. How are withdrawals paid?

Withdrawals are paid either by cheque, which will be sent to the address you supplied during registration, or by wire transfer to an account you nominate. Visa card holders who wish to withdraw funds can receive up to the amount deposited returned into their Visa account.

3. Can I withdraw money on my credit card?

In line with credit card company policy, 4Gcasino will refund Visa card holders up to the sum they have deposited. All other monies will be refunded by cheque.

4. At what stage can I request a payout?

As long as you have money in your account, you are entitled to withdraw funds in any time.

5. Do I get charged for making withdrawals?

No, 4Gcasino does not charge for withdrawals (except wire transfer costs, if this method of withdrawal is chosen), although some banks do impose a small charge for handling fees.

6. Do I pay taxes on my winnings?

TECHNICAL



1. I was disconnected in the middle of a game. What should I do?

Please reconnect to 4Gcasino and you will be able to resume your game at the exact point you left.

2. What kind of computer do I need?

We recommend a Pentium 75 MHz with a minimum of 15 MB available on your hard drive and 32 MB RAM (internal memory). Operating system: Microsoft Windows 98/2000/NT.

3. What is the recommended minimum screen setting?

The minimum setting is 800x600 pixels and a minimum of 256 colors.

4. Does your software support Macintosh?

No, Macintosh is not supported.

1. How does 4Gcasino determine which cards, numbers of the dice, or bars in the slot machines are drawn for the games?

The casino uses a random number generator. This program generates a sequence of random evenly distributed numbers, which correspond to various card types, dice throws, etc.

The table limits are as follows:

Roulette: The minimum bet is $1 and the maximum bet is $500 (you may place a maximum total of $500 on the table, in any combination of $1, $5 and $50 chips)

Blackjack: The minimum bet is $1 and the maximum initial bet is $250. You can increase the initial bet by doubling down or taking insurance.

Slots: The minimum bet is $0.25 and the maximum bet is $3.

Progressive Slot: The minimum bet is �10 and the maximum bet is $45.

Video poker: The minimum bet is $0.25 and the maximum bet is $10.

Red Dog: The minimum bet is $1 and the maximum bet is $50.

Caribbean Poker: The minimum bet is $1 and the maximum bet is $250.

Mini Baccarat: The minimum bet is $1.
Maximum bet $100 (on banker and player) and Maximum tie bet $15.

Video keno: The minimum bet is $0.5 and the maximum bet is $10.

Let It Ride: The minimum bet is $3 and the maximum bet is $200.

Horse Racing: The minimum bet is $1.
The maximum for a To Win bet is $200.
The maximum for a Trifecta bet is $50.
