Part Two: Casino game rules

1. Blackjack

1.1 You are playing against the dealer (i.e. the house). The player and the dealer are each dealt two cards with the goal of reaching 21 without going over (i.e. without "busting"). The player may draw as many cards as he or she wishes until reaching 21. If the player draws a card that puts the card total above 21, the player loses the hand. A winning hand adds up to more than the dealer's hand without "busting".

1.2 The dealer deals from a card shoe containing six decks of playing cards. Before the deal begins, the player places his/her bet by double clicking on the chips until he/she accumulates the desired bet size. After the desired bet is made, the player must click the "Deal" button to proceed with the hand. If the player wishes to withdraw his bet he can do so only before clicking on the "Deal" button, by clicking on the bet amount using the right click side of the mouse.

1.3 Once the deal begins, bets may not be changed. During the course of the hand the player may add bets through the double downs, splits, and insurance buttons. After the cards are dealt, the dealer will ask the player, what action he/she wishes to take. Buttons located on the screen will appear in order to facilitate the betting. Our dealer also verbally announces betting options and card totals. For example, if it is possible to split two cards a button will appear to allow the player to split the cards. The player simply clicks on the "Split" button to facilitate the splitting of the cards.

1.4 Each player receives two cards face up and the dealer receives one card face up. The player may request as many cards until he/she sits or busts. If a player is dealt Black Jack, which is a 10 or face card along with an Ace, he/she immediately gets paid 1.5 times the placed bet unless the dealer also has Blackjack in which case the dealer wins.

1.5 After the player's bet is completed, the dealer contemplates his hand. If the dealer has sixteen or less, he must draw an additional card until he reaches seventeen or more. If the dealer's total is less than the players' or exceeds 21, then the dealer loses and must pay the player.

1.6 Payout

- A winning hand pays 1 to 1 - Blackjack pays 3 to 2 unless there is a standoff - Insurance pays 2 to 1

1.7 Betting limits

- Minimum bet is US$1 - Maximum bet is US$250 - The dealer/house reserves the exclusive right to change these betting limits at any time.

Once the call "No More Bets" is announced, or once the player clicks on the "Spin" button, the wheel will spin and when the ball settles on a number the winnings will automatically be added to your 4Gcasino account.

For ease and tracking, 4Gcasino features the roulette wheel, a close-up of the wheel following the ball and a list of the last 10 numbers spun.

2.2 Players may place a bet on a number, on a color, or on a group of numbers on the Roulette table. The bet amount is chosen by the player by clicking on one of the coin denominations in the "Deposit $" section of the screen. A yellow sign will surround the chosen coin denomination. In order to place a bet on the roulette table, the player simply left clicks on the number, box, line, street, or color on which he or she wishes to bet. If the player wishes to withdraw his bet he can do so only before clicking on the "Spin" tab, by a click on the bet amount using the right click side of the mouse. 7. Mini Baccarat

7.1 The object of baccarat is to predict whether the banker's hand or the player's hand will get a point value closest to 9, keeping in mind that all ten-value cards count as zero and aces count as one. The hand with the highest point value wins.

7.2 The player and the banker are each dealt a two-card hand. Then following standard baccarat rules, a third card is dealt to the player and/or the banker.

7.3 To participate in the game, you place a wager (by right click and dragging chips) on the player's hand, on the banker's hand, or on a tie. A tie results when both hands have equal point values. If the game does result in a tie, wagers on the banker and the player are returned.

7.4 Card Values

Ace = one point
Face cards and tens = zero
All other cards carry the point value stated on the card. If the cards in a hand total more than ten points, simply subtract ten; the remainder is the baccarat point value of the hand. For example: 8+8=16, which counts as a 6 in baccarat; and 8+9=17, which counts as 7.

7.5 Third Card Rules

The following baccarat rule chart governs when the player and/or the bank will automatically be dealt (i.e. "draws") a third card in the Baccarat game:

Player
Point Value of first 2 cards:
0-1-2-3-4-5 Draws a card
6-7 Stands
8-9 "Natural hand", no further draw

Banker
Point Value of first 2 cards:
0,1,2 - always draws a card.
7,8,9 - always stands.

Otherwise, the following rules apply:
If the player did not draw a card (i.e. had a 6 or higher), then the banker draws a card only if its first 2 cards total less than 5. Otherwise, the banker stands.
If the player did draw a third card, then the banker plays as follows:
Banker's first 2 cards equal: Banker draws if player's third card is:
3 : 1,2 3,4,5,6,7,9,10.
4 : 2,3,4,5,6,7
5 : 4,5,6,7
6 : 6,7

7.6 Payout

All winning wagers for the banker and the player pay even money. However, if you win by betting on the banker, the bank receives 5% commission. If you correctly wager that the two hands will tie, your payoff is 8 to 1.

7.7 Betting Limits

Minimum bet US$1.
Maximum bet US$100 (on banker and player) and Maximum tie bet US$15.

The House reserves the exclusive right to change these betting limits at any time.
